Returns & Exchanges

At Drake Waterfowl, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
